1. Scope of Work

Haul-My-Mess.com agrees to perform the following services at the above-listed service address:

Hot tub removal

Services include labor, loading, and hauling of debris and safe removal of listed items using equipment such as a Bobcat skid steer (when applicable).

2. Scheduling & Access

Client agrees to provide access to the worksite on the scheduled service date. If entry is delayed or restricted, additional fees may apply.

3. Payment Terms

• Balance (75%) due immediately upon job completion: $____________

Payment can be made by cash, card, or approved digital method. A service is not considered complete until final payment is received.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure all pets, valuables, and personal items are removed or secured.

• Mark any underground utilities, pipes, or obstructions near the demo area.

• Ensure a clear path for equipment access.

• Obtain any required HOA or property approvals in advance.

5. Limits of Liability

Haul-My-Mess.com is not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, surfaces affected by heavy equipment (e.g., tire marks on grass or driveways), or conditions resulting from client misrepresentation or concealed hazards.

6. Cancellation Policy

Jobs cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may forfeit the deposit. Haul-My-Mess.com reserves the right to reschedule or cancel jobs due to unsafe site conditions or weather.

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts of Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

8. Acknowledgment & Signature

By signing below, the Client agrees to the terms of this agreement and authorizes Haul-My-Mess.com to perform the outlined services.
