GARAGE AND SHED TEAR DOWN - We safely remove and haul away garages, sheds, and small structure

Haul-My-Mess.com agrees to perform demolition services at the customer's property as described in the job notes. This service includes the tear-down of a structure and cleanup of all related debris.

Scope of Work:

•     
• Perform demolition of the structure as specified in the job description
•     
• Load all resulting debris onto our trucks or into dumpsters
•     
• Haul and properly dispose of all debris
•     
• Leave the site in a rough clean condition unless otherwise agreed upon
•   

Payment Terms:

•     
• The total cost of the job will be determined at the time of booking.
•     
• A 25% down payment is required upfront to reserve a spot on our calendar.
•     
• The remaining 75% balance is due immediately upon completion of the work.
•   

Client Responsibilities:

•     
• Provide clear and safe access to the work area
•     
• Remove all personal property and any hazardous or restricted materials prior to the start of the job
•     
• Ensure all necessary utilities (gas, electric, water, etc.) are shut off before work begins, if applicable
•     
• Notify Haul-My-Mess.com of any underground lines, boundaries, or special site conditions
•     
• Understand that Haul-My-Mess.com is not responsible for damage caused by hidden or undisclosed conditions, including buried lines or unstable structures

By booking this service, the client agrees to the terms listed above. This agreement will be updated with the exact scope of work and price based on the specific job being scheduled.
