- Pickup is not automatic — call or text at least 24 hours in advance to schedule removal.
- Dumpster must be loaded level with the rim (nothing above the top).
- Heavy materials (concrete, dirt, brick, stone) require approval before booking.
- No hazardous, liquid, flammable, or prohibited materials.
