Dumpster Rental Terms and Conditions:

Please review the important rental terms below to avoid any surprise fees.

📦 Included with Your Rental:

• Up to 7 days of use
• 1.5 tons of included weight for trash/junk OR 2 tons for construction & demolition debris
• Delivery and pickup to your location

⏱ Rental Extensions:

• Keep the dumpster longer for just $15 per additional day
• Call ahead to extend and avoid missed pickups

⚖️ Overage Charges (If Over Weight Limit):

• $90 per ton for trash or general junk
• $50 per ton for construction & demolition material

🚫 Restricted Items (Do Not Load):

These items are not allowed inside the dumpster:

• Paint, chemicals, oils, or hazardous waste
• Appliances with refrigerant (e.g. fridges, A/C units)
• Tires, batteries, or electronics (TVs, monitors)

⚠️ Important Notes:

• Do not load above the top rim. Overfilled dumpsters may not be picked up and may result in extra fees.
• Concrete, dirt, brick, or rock must be pre-approved and are limited in this size. These dense materials must be filled no more than halfway.
• To ensure legal, safe hauling, all materials must be loaded level with the top. Even though a tarp is used during transport, items stacked above the rim cannot be properly secured. Think of it this way — you wouldn’t want to drive behind a truck with unsecured debris, and we don’t want to put anyone else’s family at risk either.
