- $75 per ton overage (rounded up)
- Heavy materials (concrete, dirt, brick, etc.) require separate pricing
Rental Period
- Includes up to 7 days
- Additional days: $15/day
Pickup Scheduling
- Pickup is NOT automatic
- Call or text at least 24 hours in advance
- Dumpster must be accessible at pickup time
Loading Rules
- Load must be level with the rim
- 7 ton maximum limit
- Frozen or waterlogged debris may increase weight
Trip Fees & Issues
- $175 trip fee if delivery or pickup cannot be completed
- Applies to blocked access, overfilled dumpsters, or unsafe conditions
Prohibited Materials
- No hazardous waste, liquids, chemicals, or flammable materials
- No tires (fees apply if found)
- No batteries, propane tanks, or regulated materials
